As a nutritional therapist and wellbeing coach, I believe that what you eat and how you take care of yourselves can play an enormous role in obtaining your optimum health. I utilise the functional medicine framework to identify any possible underlying causes of your  health concerns. Every client is different, and based on your individual issues and goals, I create a personalised nutrition and wellness programme that fits in with your unique requirements to help you improve you health, energy and internal equilibrium.
