Sometimes it’s difficult to plan 12 weeks in advance, or you are just looking for an initial health analysis to decide how to proceed, or it’s time to check-in to get some extra support and information.

I offer ad-hoc consultations which can give you more flexibility when you are looking for some support, but don’t feel you need, or are ready for a full programme.

• Initial consultation –  1 hour 30 minutes (£120)
• Follow-up consultation (£100)

Note: If within 1 week after an initial consultation you would like to purchase the 12-week programme, the original payment will be deducted from the total cost.
